Broth is made in weekly batches. The other products follow their own production schedules. After your order, Alexander will contact you to confirm when everything can be delivered.

What goes into it
We use premium cuts of beef, season them with our adjika-inspired blend and dry them into thin strips. A 50 g pack starts with 200 g of fresh meat. The texture comes from drying real slices of beef.
In your kitchen
Ready to eat, with a choice of 20 g, 50 g or 100 g packs. Keep a small pack for a walk or a journey, or choose a larger one to share at the table.
