Broth is made in weekly batches. The other products follow their own production schedules. After your order, Alexander will contact you to confirm when everything can be delivered.

What goes into it
Portuguese beef marrow bones, water and hand-harvested Algarve sea salt. We roast the bones, begin with a 1:1 bones-to-water ratio, simmer for at least 24 hours and filter three times. The chilled broth naturally sets into a soft gel.
In your kitchen
Warm a portion gently for a savoury cup, or use it as the base of a soup or pan sauce. Add water to suit your taste. Our recipe pages show how to turn a portion into a quick meal.
