Bone broth in other kitchens

Shailene Woodley and Salma Hayek have both spoken about making bone broth. Two interviews offer a glimpse of how it fits into their cooking.

Shailene Woodley: homemade meat stew

In a Bon Appétit interview published on 2 April 2015, Woodley was asked about her signature dish. She named a meat stew made with homemade bone broth.

Salma Hayek: making her own broth

Speaking to Extra in July 2015, Hayek also said she makes bone broth herself. The interview placed it among her personal food and beauty habits.

Back to the kitchen

We simmer Bò for 24 hours. With the finished broth in your fridge, you can add depth to a stew or reduce it in the pan after frying meat. Our recipes give quantities and instructions for cooking with it.

The interviews linked below describe the actors’ own food habits. Neither is an endorsement of Bò.
